delaney family.

I love shooting maternity sessions, especially for families that have children already.  It is always fun to watch how excited kids get when they talk about being a big brother or sister.  This last weekend we shot the Delaney family’s portraits/ maternity pics up at Chataqua in Boulder.  I typically shy away from there on a Saturday because of the crowds, but for some strange reason, we must have lucked out because there was hardly any one up there.  The forecast said snow… we decided to keep the shoot on, the sun came out and everyone must have decided it was a good day to be a home.  They were such a great family to photograph, and we will also be doing more pics of the baby as soon as it arrives, so stay posted.  Here are a few of my favorites from the day.

Also, you may have noticed that I changed the "revert bar" on the images I post.  This is just a small sneak peak at my little winter project that will slowly be rolled out over the next few weeks.  For those of you who may be wondering why I even put it on there… well, any client may gladly "steal" their images from my blog to digitally share with friends and family, that is emails, facebook, myspace etc, and I of course do not charge extra for this… in return I just ask the web address stays on them so when friends and family want to see more of my work they know where to go!
