So the last few years we have offered free sessions to upcoming juniors who like free portraits!  Basically what you have to do is model, look good, and then show off your pictures to friends.  This is by far my favorite thing to do for seniors, because I love hooking up students as opposed to dumping money into advertising etc.  I will be changing it a little from years in the past so here are all the details, but as always you can contact me with any questions at all!

What exactly is a “Rep”?
You get to model and be a spokesperson for Revert Imaging.  I will give you some cards to hand out to your friends over the summer and show them off, but trust me… these photos will be the ones you love to show off!

Ok… So what do I get in Return?
You get two fun and unique senior portrait session for FREE!  The first one must be completed before the end of May, and the second one will be scheduled for later on in the summer.  These are both full session and you will get the everything you need for your school, just as you would normally.  Also, for each card that your friends bring back to me you will get some free print credits to be applied to any of our products or prints.

Is this available to everyone?
Yes and no… I am limiting it to only two reps per school in the Denver/ Boulder area.

This years seniors are going to be positively awesome and I can’t wait to start snapping some photos.  Over the last four years of shooting senior portraits I am happy to say that I have been able to double the amount I shoot ever year.  This year is going to be no exception!

]]> http://revertimaging.com/blog/?feed=rss2&p=733 0 delaney family. http://revertimaging.com/blog/?p=731 http://revertimaging.com/blog/?p=731#comments Wed, 11 Mar 2009 20:38:40 +0000 zach http://revertimaging.com/blog/?p=731 I love shooting maternity sessions, especially for families that have children already.  It is always fun to watch how excited kids get when they talk about being a big brother or sister.  This last weekend we shot the Delaney family’s portraits/ maternity pics up at Chataqua in Boulder.  I typically shy away from there on a Saturday because of the crowds, but for some strange reason, we must have lucked out because there was hardly any one up there.  The forecast said snow… we decided to keep the shoot on, the sun came out and everyone must have decided it was a good day to be a home.  They were such a great family to photograph, and we will also be doing more pics of the baby as soon as it arrives, so stay posted.  Here are a few of my favorites from the day.

Also, you may have noticed that I changed the "revert bar" on the images I post.  This is just a small sneak peak at my little winter project that will slowly be rolled out over the next few weeks.  For those of you who may be wondering why I even put it on there… well, any client may gladly "steal" their images from my blog to digitally share with friends and family, that is emails, facebook, myspace etc, and I of course do not charge extra for this… in return I just ask the web address stays on them so when friends and family want to see more of my work they know where to go!

At four months old she was such a happy baby and didn’t really mind where she was laying or how bright my flash was. She just smiled and laughed the whole time. I just quickly went through and pulled out some of favorites from the session.  We also shot another maternity session this weekend in Boulder that I am hoping to post soon as well!

He keeps telling me that he like it long, and that “it’s ok it’s in my eyes a little bit”, so I guess I will hold out getting him a hair cut for a few more weeks. Not sure how well you can see how much hair he has, but the pictures were the coolest ones so I had to post them. I love the last one, he was yawning because it was taking so long, we had been there for about 5 min.

I have to say this has to be the best age to photograph brothers.  Just before they learn how to give noogies and torment each other.  I really wish that my son was this easy to photograph as well, pretty much anything I told them to do, they did, I didn’t even have to bribe them with candy.  They were troopers as well, we walked all around Lodo, found a park, some train bridges and some awesome places to do portraits.  They were happy walking the whole time, and just kept smiling and making silly faces.  So glad I had chance to photograph this awesome family, below are a few of my favorites from the session.

This was a great shoot because Bryce and Jessica are so much fun and have a super cool dog… Hoyt. But they are also super good friends of ours, and after hounding them for a couple years they finally decided to commission me to do the photos. It was so challenging because when I photograph my friends I have to produce images that are twice as good… just to live up to all the bragging I do about how great of a photographer I am :) It was a blast, and their Christmas card is great as well. After I get the final card finished I will definitely share because it is one of my best ever! Here a few images I picked as my favorites, Enjoy!
